The countdown only appears when all of these are true:

• at least one weekday is switched on in Cut Off Timer with a days value that reaches one of the next five open delivery dates on the kitchen's Meal Prep weekdays;
• the delivery date you are viewing is not already closed;
• a kitchen is selected (in Global View there are no kitchen weekdays to evaluate).

If all rules are off (or every weekday's days value is too small to reach a delivery day), there is nothing to count down to. Check Settings > Kitchen Settings > Cut Off Timer and the kitchen's weekdays.
