Because each kit is packed per customer: the ingredient quantities are computed per order (units of each meal × recipe quantities, trimmed and expanded through sub-recipes) so the packer can fill one box at a time. For purchasing totals across all kits use the Inventory Shopping List for the same date. Orders with status Unpaid, Paid or Partial Refund are included; event orders are excluded.
