Three things to check:

1. At least one location is selected – with nothing selected the statistics area is hidden.
2. Begin and End are real delivery dates. In the current version the Grab&Go data only loads when both the Begin date and the End date exist as dates in your delivery-date calendar; if either falls on a day with no delivery date, the request returns nothing and the tiles stay empty. Move the dates to days that have delivery dates.
3. The location must be flagged as Grab & Go (and as wholesale or retail respectively), otherwise it does not appear in the dropdown at all.
