The button (and the Generate Meal Image with AI button) only appears on meals that have already been saved – open the meal from the Meals list rather than the Add new meal form. Save the new meal first with at least a name, then reopen it and the AI buttons appear. The macro-related AI buttons additionally require the Macros module on your plan.
