The macros table, and with it the Auto-fill macros with AI button, is only rendered when your plan includes the Macros module. The same applies to Calculate Macros with AI on ingredients and to the macro fields in the recipe generator. If you have the module but see Add at least one ingredient with a measure before auto-filling macros, add ingredients with quantities for the portion sizes first.
