Add Member only appears for customers who are not themselves a member (their Account Manager is empty). If the customer has a manager, the tab shows their Subscription Settings instead. To make this customer a manager, first clear their Account Manager (set to No account manager) and save; the Add First Member button then appears. If the whole Members tab is missing, account members are not enabled on your Sprwt account.
