A tab is only rendered when at least one of its settings is available to you, and every Order-tab setting is tied to a module. If the module is not active on your account (for example the Packs module is not part of your plan), the whole Order: Packs tab disappears. Likewise Order: Venues needs the Venues module and Order: Custom Charge needs the Custom Charge module. Some individual rows have extra requirements: the Show Macro Cumulative Data rows on Packs, By The Pounds and Custom Meal Builder only appear when the Macros module is also active, and the Proposals: ... rows on the Catering tab need the Proposals module. Contact Sprwt support to have a module enabled.
