Why is a row in the subscriptions table highlighted red with an error tooltip?
It's not the whole row — it's the Plan cell that turns red when that subscription is flagged as having an error. Hover the Plan cell to see the stored error message from its last renewal attempt, usually a failed charge or processing issue.
