Module Image, Header Image and the YouTube how-to-video field are not universal - each Order tab only has the ones that module actually uses on the storefront:

• Order: Venues, Order: POS Menu and Order: Custom Charge have none of the three - these modules don't render a card image, a page banner, or a tutorial button, so there is nothing to upload.
• Order: Catering has only Catering: Header Image - no Module Image and no how-to video row.
• Order: Grab And Go has Module Image and the how-to video row, but no Header Image.

Every other module tab (Subscription, A la Carte, Packs, By The Pounds, Custom Meal Builder, Extras, Product, Realtime) has all three. If a row you expect is missing from a tab, it usually means that module's page simply doesn't display that kind of image or video rather than a configuration problem.
