Several things can cause this. The KPIs and charts use the transaction date and fixed windows (last 12/24 months, or last year plus this year), so anything outside those windows is excluded. They count every Deposit and Withdrawal regardless of category or reviewed status. The Expense Breakdown also skips withdrawals whose category no longer exists in your Chart of Accounts.

Two more subtle issues exist in the current version: the Cash Flow, Profit and Loss, Net Income and Expense Breakdown queries do not exclude transactions you've deleted, and – unlike the Uncategorized KPI, which is correctly scoped to your current business location – those same four queries do not filter by your active business location at all, so if your Sprwt account manages more than one location, the dashboard charts and KPIs may be pooling in transactions recorded under your other locations too.
