Why don't I see the "Show Labor & Equipment" toggles on Catering Settings?
Both versions of this toggle only appear if the Expenses module (which powers Labor & Equipment) is enabled on your account: Show Labor & Equipment on the Proposals tab, and Show Labor & Equipment on Catering Ordering on the Catering tab.
