Both require the Allergens & Dislikes module and the "Show Allergens" client config setting (Theme: Kitchen tab) to be on. Note that in the current version this single "Show Allergens" setting gates both the Allergies card and the Dislikes card on this page — a separate "Show Dislikes" setting exists elsewhere in the system, but it isn't the one that controls what shows here.
