Most commonly it's one of: the meal isn't scheduled on the POS Menu for the selected delivery date; the currently selected POS Category / Meal Category tab is filtering it out (try All Meals); or the ordering module it belongs to (e.g. Catering, Meal Packs) isn't checked as an allowed module on this POS Device.
