The Delivery report is a sales report: it groups delivery and pickup records by the date the customer placed the order, not by the delivery date. A subscription order placed on 1 March with four weekly deliveries shows all four delivery fees in March's report even though two of them are delivered in April. For "what went out on which day" use the fulfilment reports (Delivery/Pickup reports under the kitchen's Fulfilment Reports menu).
