Why doesn't the Deliveries menu item show up even though I have Root Deliveries?
The Deliveries > Deliveries (and Claims) menu items require the setting Business: General > Allow Deliveries to be Yes in addition to the module. Set it under Business Settings > Configuration and the items appear. The dashboard's delivery-date Root Planner card follows the same rule.
