Why doesn't a Grab & Go location let me choose Delivery?
Delivery for Grab & Go is a per-location toggle — only pickup points with "Allow Delivery" turned on (in that location's Grab & Go settings) offer the Delivery option; everywhere else you can only Pick Up. If a delivery request is submitted for a location that doesn't allow it, the server silently falls back to Pickup at that location instead.

Settings > Delivery Settings > Pickup Locations (per-location Grab & Go settings, "Allow Delivery")
