A zip code row is addressed by country, state and code, so there is no single add one form. The Zip codes task shows No zip codes yet. They are created in bulk – use Generate from a radius or Import a spreadsheet on Delivery areas & pricing, then come back here to adjust individual rows. Use that sub-step to create them, then return to Zip codes to edit or delete individual entries and prices.
