Events only appears when at least one of the catering, proposals or expense-management modules is on, and Products only with the retail products module; inside other steps, tasks such as Packs, Subscriptions, Custom Meal Builder, By The Pounds, Affiliates, Loyalty or Sprwt SMS appear only when the matching module is on your account. Because the counts are built from what your account can show, the N of M done total also differs between accounts.
