Your site always serves /pages/terms (Terms & Conditions) and /pages/privacy (Privacy Policy). If no CMS page has those slugs, Sprwt shows its built-in legal templates (pre-filled with your business name, email and order deadline). If you created pages with the slugs terms or privacy to override them, renaming those slugs would break the footer links and the checkout links that point to them – hence the warning "The slugs Privacy and Terms are reserved and cannot be modified. Changing will result in a site error." Keep the slugs and just edit the content.
