The dialog's module dropdown is pre-set to the channel you are on (Meal Prep, Catering, In-Store, Realtime, POS, Wholesale or Retail) and only lists presets tagged with that module. Either switch the dropdown to All, or edit the preset's Modules inline on the Preset Menus page to add the right tag. Presets also belong to the selected kitchen, so switch kitchens if the preset was created elsewhere. The search box matches the preset name only.
