That is a swapped variant. When customers replaced an ingredient on some units, the report keeps the standard units in the normal portion block and adds a separate block for each swap combination, named <portion> Ingredient → Replacement (or → None when the ingredient was simply removed), with its own N× count and the replacement ingredient's measure and preparation instructions. This way the packer never mixes standard and modified portions.
