Menus are attached to delivery dates, so the menu builder needs at least one upcoming delivery (or catering) date for the selected kitchen before it will show you a way to add meals. When none exist, the panel shows a warning notice instead of the usual AI / CSV / manual chooser: No delivery dates for this kitchen yet. It points you to check the fulfilment days on the Kitchen location task, then says to ask Sprwt support to open the delivery calendar for your dates if those look right – delivery dates are a platform-wide calendar Sprwt generates (super-admin only), not something you create per kitchen. Catering menus check the kitchen's catering fulfilment days, which can differ from its meal-prep days.
