Because it reads the menu, not the orders. It lists every meal published on the menu of the selected delivery dates for the active kitchen, whether or not anyone bought it, and it quantifies one portion of each. A meal that customers ordered from an older date, or that was removed from the menu, will not be there. Use the Meals Report or Cooking Report for ordered quantities.
