The grid lists only active meals - restore the meal from Meal Recipes (Show Inactive Meals > Restore) and it reappears. Portion columns are the Meal Prep portion sizes (active or not); catering portions are not shown there and must be priced in each meal's Catering tab. If the whole page redirects you to the admin home, your role lacks the Meals Prices permission.
