Opening a meal for editing (or cloning, or uploading a CSV) requires the Edit Meals permission; the list needs List Meals. Roles with only List Meals can browse and search but are redirected when they open the editor. Ask an administrator to add the permission to your role. Bulk delete/restore and every AI button additionally require an admin-level account.
