The Configuration page regroups a few tabs for convenience: the Business: Website tab (SEO keywords, etc.) and the Notifications tab are moved and displayed under the Marketing strip, and the whole Newsletter family (including the Newsletter: Popup tab) is folded into Marketing too, shown there as Newsletter Popup. Tabs are sorted alphabetically inside each strip (and the strips themselves are alphabetical, with a catch-all strip named Other pushed to the end for any tab without a section prefix). This regrouping is purely visual - the settings themselves keep their original meaning and are unaffected.
