Auto-renewal was switched off automatically rather than by a person. The renewal routine does this when it cannot find any open or skipped delivery date for the customer ("Subscription LastDate Not Found") or when the customer already has a newer subscription that owns their latest delivery date ("New subscription awead"). In both cases the old subscription is no longer the customer's current one, so it is parked as paused without an error. If this is unexpected, check the customer's User Subscriptions panel to see which subscription is current, and reactivate the right one.
