The card is rendered only when a specific kitchen is selected in the top-bar Kitchen selector. If you (or a saved cookie) switched to Global View, the whole Kitchen Control Center — Close/Reopen Meal Selections, Auto Select Meals, Finish Production and the other action cards — disappears, because those actions must be applied to one kitchen's delivery date. Pick a kitchen from the selector and the card returns. It is also hidden when your account has no active delivery or pickup dates at all, in which case the dashboard shows a notice instead, linking to Kitchen Locations to fix the configuration.
