You chose a refund method other than No refund on an order that has not been paid yet, or that is already cancelled. Nothing can be refunded in either case. Choose No refund and click Cancel checkout to cancel without a refund (unpaid orders normally never reach the KDS board in the first place — the board's query already excludes them — so this usually means the payment status changed after the board loaded).
