Sprwt could not obtain an access token from Uber with the stored Client ID / Secret Key. Re-check both values in Integrations > Uber Direct, make sure the integration mode (SANDBOX vs REAL) matches the credentials you were given, and try again. Until this works no courier can be requested or cancelled.
