Those pages redirect to the admin home when any of these is true:

• The Real Time module is not active on your account.
• No kitchen (location) is currently selected in the admin panel — pick one from the kitchen selector first.
• For Real Time Menu: you do not have the Create menus permission.

If the pages open but the Real Time menu group is missing, the module is not enabled or your role lacks the permissions listed for each link.
