The clock-in list only shows shifts scheduled for today for the logged-in employee at the selected location, excluding shifts already clocked in. "No shifts assigned today!" means there is no such shift: ask a manager to add one on the Schedule (or check that the correct location is selected). "No shifts loaded" is the idle text shown before data loads or when the panel has nothing to display.
