Two toggles reshape the form because they conflict:

• Apply Discount to Recurring Subscription Rate disables the two wallet Types, forces Allow on to Weekly Subscription only, and turns Exclude Meals from Coupon off.
• Exclude Meals from Coupon forces Type to Percentage of Cart, limits Allow on to À la Carte and Catering, and turns the recurring toggle off.

If you bypass the form, the server still rejects the combination with "Apply Discount to Recurring Subscription Rate and Exclude Meals from Coupon cannot both be enabled." Also note Allow on only lists ordering systems that support coupons; some (e.g. Venues) never appear.
