For a Labor item the labels read "How much do you charge Per [Unit]" / "How much does it cost you Per [Unit]" because labor is billed by a recurring unit (usually Hour). For an Equipment item, since equipment is normally a flat item rather than time-based, the wording simplifies to "How much do you charge" / "How much does it cost you," and the Minimum Hours field is hidden entirely. In the current version this wording/visibility is fixed by the item's saved Category value on page load — switching the Category dropdown while creating or editing an item (before saving) does not live-update the labels or hide Minimum Hours; you'll see the change reflected after you save and the page reloads.
