The Calendar menu entry is shown when either the Proposals or the Venues module is active, but the calendar page itself requires both the Proposals and the Venues modules, a staff profile and an active kitchen. If any of those is missing you are redirected to the admin dashboard. Ask Sprwt to enable the missing module if you want to use the calendar.
