When you open the Settings modal on a blog post (Info tab, Author field), the dropdown lists each staff user as "First Last (email@address)" instead of just a first name. This is so you can tell apart two staff members who share a first name (or find someone by their email) before assigning them as the post's byline. It only affects how the picker displays candidates – the saved author is still a single user, and the search only returns your own staff accounts (not customers).
