The generator's two category dropdowns are filtered by meal category group name: What type of categories... lists only categories whose group is named exactly Type, and What type of diet categories... lists only categories whose group is named Diet. Create those two groups under Settings > Kitchen Settings > Meal Categories Groups and assign your categories to them. If you pick no type category, the AI is prompted with "Entree" but no category is saved on the meals.
