Why does the admin "Add Member" dialog say "This member already have a parent" or "Invalid member"?
- This member already have a parent: the customer you picked is already linked to another account manager. A customer can only have one manager. Remove them from the other manager first (or pick someone else).
- Invalid member: no customer was selected in the User box, or the selected customer no longer exists. Search and select a customer, then save.
- Invalid member parent! (when saving the member's own profile): the Account Manager chosen no longer exists. Reload and choose again.
- Update Error: the save failed for another reason; retry or contact support.
