Why does saving fail with "Please enter a pin code!" or "Invalid pin code!"?
- "Please enter a pin code!" – an Access PIN Code is mandatory when creating a new employee. When editing, you can leave it blank to keep the current PIN.
- "Invalid pin code!" – the PIN you entered is already used by another employee. PINs must be unique because employees sign in on POS devices with the PIN alone. Choose a different number. (The uniqueness check runs for PINs of up to 4 characters; longer PINs skip it.)
