You entered a Regular Price that is lower than or equal to the default portion's selling price. Regular Price is only meant for a struck-through "was" price, so it must be higher than the current price - or leave it empty (0) if the meal is not discounted. The same rule protects edits on the Meal Prices grid, where such a change is quietly ignored (no error shown, the field simply doesn't save).
