Common messages and fixes:

• Real Time: Please connect your Real Time Integration to allow for Deliveries — the Uber Direct Customer ID, Uber Direct Client ID and Uber Direct Secret Key are not all filled in (Integrations > Uber Direct settings).
• Real Time: Please fill out all your kitchen location information on config to allow deliveries — your business address, city, state, state code, zip code, 2-letter country code, phone and name must all be set in Configuration.
• You need to cancel first your uber delivery! — an active (non-canceled) courier already exists for that order/date.
• This checkout /date dont have items to send! — the order has no deliverable items on that date.
• Invalid Checkout Provided! — the order/date isn't found, the date isn't set as a delivery (shippingMethod must be Delivery), or the shipping state is missing/invalid.
• An Uber error such as [code] message — usually a bad address or phone number; Uber requires phone numbers in E.164 format, and Sprwt automatically prefixes +1 to bare 10-digit numbers.
