By default the popup is shown once per browser: after it appears, Sprwt stores a marker tied to the Popup - ID in the visitor's browser and does not show it again. To re-show it to everyone, change the 1. Popup - ID value (a new ID means a new marker). To show it on every page load instead, set Popup Settings - Show on Every Load to Yes. Show Only on Homepage limits it to the home page, and Show Only Admin hides it from customers. To remove the popup entirely, clear the Popup ID.
