The site fetches your saved Stripe cards from the store's connected Stripe account for your specific user record; if you're paying as/for an account member whose parent covers the bill, it looks up the parent's cards instead of the member's own. If the store's Stripe connection is broken, or you truly have no saved cards, you'll be prompted to Add a New Card.
