The report is part of the paid plans. If your account is not on Seed, Starter, Base, Pro or Enterprise (and does not have the Business Intel. Unlocker module), opening the page shows Sprwt's generic upgrade / pricing page instead of the report. In the current version this page is a shared template used for every gated feature — it does not name "Meals by Customer" or say "Starter plan" specifically; it always displays a fixed message ("You need at least Bloom plan to access this area") along with the general plans/pricing comparison. Upgrade your plan or contact Sprwt to enable it.
