The store can set a Delivery-only order minimum ("Cart: Delivery Amount Minimum Value") separate from the general cart minimum. If your delivery-day subtotal is under that amount, Delivery is blocked with "You need to spend min of $X to use the delivery method for this Day. You can still proceed and choose Pickup on the next page, as Pickup has no minimum."
