Commission unpaid in the header is the affiliate's all-time unpaid balance – it ignores the Begin/End dates (the hint under it says "All time · not date-filtered"). The Amount Unpaid KPI card only counts unpaid commissions generated inside the selected date range. Widen the dates and the two will get closer to matching.
