The Uber Direct credentials are incomplete. In Integrations > Uber Direct fill in all three: Uber Direct Customer ID, Uber Direct Client ID and Uber Direct Secret Key (use the Get Key link to obtain them from your Uber Direct account). Until all three are set, Real Time carts cannot get a delivery quote and the KDS cannot request or cancel a courier.
