Credit purchases are charged to the card on file for your Sprwt subscription through Stripe. Unable to process the charge means Sprwt could not start the charge (typically no valid card is stored), Ups! Something is Wrong! means the payment did not come back as paid, and any other text is the card decline reason from Stripe. Update your card under your Sprwt billing settings and try again; if a charge did go through but no credit appeared, contact support with the time and amount – superadmins can credit the wallet manually.
