That's by design — once an alert triggers, it's flagged so it won't fire again on every subsequent stock drop while it stays below the threshold (which would otherwise flood you with duplicate alerts). It only resets, and becomes eligible to fire again, once stock recovers above the threshold and then drops below it a second time.
