The meal was ordered but its recipe has no ingredients for that portion size, so there is nothing to scale. Open the meal (Kitchen › Meal Recipes, or click the meal name on the card) and add ingredients to every portion size that customers can order; then re-run the report. The same meal will also be missing from the Inventory Shopping Lists and Sub-Recipe Report until the recipe is completed.
